Happy Spring 2022!

What a wild couple of years it’s been for the world. I hope you are well and looking to the future with hope in your heart and pep in your step. I don’t know about you, but for me, Covid gave me space in my life to step back, be honest with myself, and make some huge changes. Last June, I moved from the Detroit area, where I’d been living for 20 years, up to the Traverse City area of Michigan. I was so excited to say good bye to miles of concrete and hello to forests, sand dunes, and magical walks on Lake Michigan. Wow, what a difference! It’s gorgeous and relaxing up here but, I’ve got to be honest, this city mouse is definitely missing the hustle, culture, and excitement of the urban environment. Not to mention, all the lovely people who filled my life with meaning over the years.

But… I can’t complain. Good weather is around the corner. I’ll soon be mountain biking, kayaking, and swimming Lake Michigan to my heart’s content. In the meantime, you’ll find me in my in-home ceramic studio in Interlochen busily making pieces for this summer’s many art fairs & markets. I hope to see you at one of them.
